By fat stacks I'm referring to piles of money. Pax vaporizer is going to generate lots and lots of money for Ploom. San Francisco's Ploom really hit a home-run with their new pocket vaporizer. If memory serves correct, someone out there on the web compared this new release to an iPhone or iPod in the sense that they said if Apple made a portable vaporizer - it would look like Pax by Ploom. This is a state of the art vaporizing device that is free of cords, integrates motion sensor technology, heats up quickly, has three built-in temperatures, and is capable of vaporizing for up to two hours of vaping before it needs to be set on the charging station/dock to recharge the internal lithium ion battery. At a glance, this little device seems to lack the features associated with hi-quality vapes, however, they're mostly there, you just can't see them. The sleek design does a great job of masking the fact that this is actually a hi-tech vape. For instance, when you set it down, it will deactivate. Pick Pax up, and it will activate. Click the mouthpiece and it will pop out and push it back in to conceal it and turn the device off. Shaking the unit will show the battery life on the light. It will blink green if it's good and red if it's about to run out.
It might not have the wide range of temperature control units like the Arizer Solo and PUFFiT have, however, the three vaporizing temperatures are more than adequate as they're all in the high end of the spectrum and allow for full flavored to dense vapor. The real kicker on this unit is the compact design. You'll have no trouble fitting Ploom Pax into your pocket or purse and a fully charged battery is roughly enough juice to last the day.
Pax vaporizers come in three colors, at least at this time there are only three colors. The colors right now are purple, black, and blue. Which reminds me, I think purple is in. SharpStone releases a fabulous purple grinder and now the Pax comes in purple. Coincidence? Quite possibly, however, I would like to think that the marketing gurus influenced these decisions as purple is a trending color. This is a ludicrous assumption on my behalf so definitely don't quote me on this color nonsense.
Time to bring this Pax review to an end and hit the hay. Got any questions? Drop a comment. Need a good handheld vaporizer? Consider buying Ploom's latest vape.
